Cookie Policy

This document explains the technologies that help this Application achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to access and store information, for example through cookies, or use resources such as scripts while the User interacts with the Application.

For simplicity, all such technologies are referred to as Trackers in this document unless there is a reason to distinguish between them. Although Cookies may be used in web browsers and other environments, the term Cookies in this document specifically refers to browser-based trackers.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may require the User's consent. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn freely at any time using the options available in this Application.

This Application may use Trackers managed directly by the Owner, known as first-party Trackers, as well as Trackers associated with services provided by third parties, known as third-party Trackers. Unless otherwise stated, third-party providers may access the Trackers they manage.

The validity and expiration periods of Cookies and other Trackers may vary depending on the duration set by the Owner or the relevant provider. Some Cookies may be deleted when the browsing session ends.

Specific information about the technologies used, their purposes and, where applicable, their duration can be found in the privacy settings available in this Application or in the relevant provider documentation and policies.

What happens if you reject Trackers

Users can choose whether to allow or reject Trackers whose use requires consent. Rejecting certain Trackers may affect some Application features or the browsing experience.

Strictly necessary Trackers required to provide certain features or services requested by the User may be used where they are legally exempt from the consent requirement.

Owner and Data Controller

The Owner cannot fully control the use of third-party Trackers that may operate in this Application. For this reason, information concerning third-party Trackers should be understood subject to the policies and terms of the respective providers.

For additional information about data processing associated with these services, Users can consult the privacy policies of the relevant providers.
